InnoviumAI is designed to run inside your own environment. Research data, tool outputs, and project context remain on the infrastructure your organization controls.

Where an external model provider is configured by your team, only the content required for that specific request is sent, according to the configuration you choose.

We use a limited number of providers for website hosting, email, and customer relationship management. They process data only on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality obligations.

We keep inquiry and demo request information for as long as needed to handle the relationship, and afterwards only where required for legal or accounting purposes.

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, request deletion, or object to further contact.
